And so an adventure beings....

When my Canadian boss came back from a year's hiatus on maternity leave she threw out an idea to me - move to the Guelph (Toronto), Canada office for six months to help launch a new division of the company. My first reaction: "thanks but no thanks." But I wrestled with it for a few days until I came to a simple conclusion - why not? Single, no kids, a self-contained townhouse with a responsible roommate...not a bad time to take a leap of faith, get back into a role I would enjoy and stay with a growing company.
So here I am - from November until April I'm officially a Canuck! For the next six months I will be working directly with my manager in a dual role at AgCareers.com - providing ongoing Sales Support to our Canadian team and (what I'm most excited about) helping to build out a new Social Media plan that will integrate with our current technology to provide a completely new recruitment branding platform for our clients.
